Black Felt Hat Sequins and Flowers Soviet It still has some ofVintage 1940s black felt hat with sequins on the front and flowers on the side. "Styled by Betty Co Ed Reg. U. S. Pat. Off." label inside. The inside of the hat has a stamp in it, but it is mostly worn off and hard to read. Overall good condition with some issues. It is wearable as is. There is some staining around the sweatband. It is just slightly misshapen from improper storage, but that is not noticeable when worn.
