Hollow ground to create a characteristic concave, beveled cutting edge. It is preferrable to straight blades because they cut better (usually less drag because of the thinner area of the blade) than standard swivel knife blades. The shank of the blade is a standard 7 32" (5. 6mm) diameter and will fit most swivel knives.
