Nando Marsala Sweet 750ml women-winemaker I look forward to enjoyingDry figs, sun dry prunes & berries on the nose with sweet over ripe flavors of dry fruits. The grapes are harvested in September. They are then gently crushed and soft pressed. The skins are kept in contact with the must for a long period of time. The must is then fermented but not completely, leaving about 30% of residual sugar. The wine is then aged.
