WW2 German Mother's Cross in Gold 23rd London Regiment A other ranks cap badgeOriginal WW2 German Mother's Cross (Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter), 1st Class Gold Grade. This 1st Class example features a gilt Maltese style cross with white and blue enamel arms, bearing a black enamel political emblem in the centre medallion. Inner circlet is inscribed with "Der Deutschen Mutter" ("To the German Mother"). Reverse inscribed "16 December 1938" and signature of Adolf Hitler. Comes complete with the original full length neck ribbon.
