It can either be mounted to your frame via a clamp type mount or if your frame has the pump mounting hook/nipple pieces roughly 44

The clasp is rusty and the leather seems fragile

It measures about 3 3/4" by 2 1/4" and is 1 1/8"

These are good to have around for events for when everything starts to get a fine coat of rust for the moisture in the air. The main body measures 3 1 8" tall.
