I believe it is from the 1930's or earlier as it was made without the center cardboard tube

Brown tortoise color frames with light brown / dark amber lenses

Rather a lot of these seem to have been made

There may be a few slight runs in the material of the purse or lining

1930s Hotel De Paris Monte Carlo Ashtray and Guide Books artillery I believe it is fromOriginal 1930s ashtray from Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo with 2 tour books also from Monte Carlo which happen to list the hotel that the ashtray came from. The ashtray shows some crazing and has a couple small chips on the bottom side. The tour books are in like new condition, though the event schedule is now a bit outdated. The guide books are for the 1934 1935 season, dating to 16 24 March 1935 and 23 31 March 1935 and have a general schedule of
