It comes with all three toppers: seersucker, blue and white that snap into the brim. It is new old stock and marked size 23. The labels inside are very clean. It is in great condition with a little wear wrinkles from storage. The white crown has some discoloration and light stains. Light staining on the brim. The seersucker cover has a small area of blue staining and few minor pulls in
