The white trim on the cuffs looks to have been added later (it looks newer than the rest of the garment)

I checked every net for holes and a drawstring

The former owner did sew in a giant hook and eye at the waist and he seems to have added extra suspender loops at the back. Some staining on the fly. A nice example and in a great color.
