Blue Velvet Tilt Hat auction They are a little dirtyVintage 1940s blue velvet tilt hat with maroon netting. The netting has some large tears in it. This small hat is meant to be worn at an angle; it does not just sit on top of your head. Slight wear and very minor discoloration on the velvet.
