With substitutes scheduled to fill in during a schoolwide teachers' strike, there is no way the eighth graders are not going to take advantage of the situation. When the rest of the grades hear about the plan, they're all in. But finding substitutes for every grade at once can be challenging, and Yeshiva of Hillsdale is no exemption. Out of sheer desperation, two eighth graders are recruited to substitute for the third grade.
