Domaine de Clovallon IGP D'OC Pinot Noir 2020 Bottle:1 Smell: The nose is livelyThe Domaine Pinot Noir is produced from younger vines on red sandstone soils. Fermentation is done in vat with indigenous yeasts and no heating. The wine is matured for about six months in three year old barrels before bottling. Sulfur is added only at bottling and in a minimal dose. An intensely fruity Pinot Noir with ripe tannins and beautiful balance, the relatively young vines are grown on north facing slopes so as to retain elegance and freshness.
