composed the sunlit bridge with the grasses in the foreground and snapped the shutter a couple times at Wildflower Park

I came to a clearing with a few wildflowers in bloom and thought this would be a nice spot to set up the tripod and camera

I moved along through the park crossing the bridge over Eakin Creek West with a little bit of mist still hovering over the landscape that had yet to burn off from the warming of the morning sun

I decide to photograph silhouettes of trees along with the landscape in black and white which adds a little more mystery and mood to the images

I waited around hoping for a dramatic sunset which never materialized
