Dinka Headrest 02 Our Bray chair makes forThis simple and elegant three legged headrest comes from the Dinka Lotuku people of South Sudan. The Dinka people are nomadic farmers and herders are have excelled in the craft of small, easy to carry objects. Headrests and stools, known as thoch, are amongst these precious objects. Whilst used primarily as a headrest they would often be used by the elders in the community as a stool as well. Each headrest is hand carved from a single block of
