This release is a collaboration between Richard Paterson and the Gonzalez Byass team which takes 30 different Whiskies which have been aged for between 5 and 8 years and blends these together

Jah45 Gold Rum is is a well balanced and full bodied Rum which has an intense flavour profile

It is then matured in American oak casks for five years - three in Hogshead and two in White Oak barrels

The Rum is then filtered down to remove the colour to make it clear
