The initial release of this Whisky was Spring of 2014 and is made by maturing the Whisky in Bordeaux Wine and Sherry casks and is then Mixed with Whisky which is matured in Mizunara Casks

Hatozaki is an exciting new Japanese whisky made by the Kaikyo Distillery, which is in the town of Akashi, Hyogo Japan. This is a very fruity whisky so when opening the bottle, you will smell the aromas of honey, citrus lime. This can be drunk neat or over ice perfect for a pre dinner drink.
