Pasote Tequila Blanco Color:default Using seven varietiesBeautiful cooked agave on the nose with a rich minerality overlaying the delicate sweetness lying just beneath the surface. Quite pleasant and refreshing on the palate. Agave flavors jump out along with that minerality and sweetness. Nice finish with the minerality lingering with soft fruit and vegetal notes. Quite complex for a blanco, and a welcome addition to the Tequila aisle.
