Silvio Carta Vernaccia 'Valle del Tirso' NV sku_2188946 This is a lovely vintageReminiscent of a Fino Sherry and not your typical bottle of white wine at all. Nutty and velvety Vernaccia from an island of Sardinia. Packed with almond aromas, hay and flowers with subtle white spices. This is an oxidative style of white wine that is reminiscent of sherry. Have this with oven baked fish baked with lemons. Goes through an oxidative aging process in small chestnut barrels for a few years.
