Joel Gott Riesling Fruit Wine 15% Malted BarleyThe Joel Gott Riesling has aromas of key lime, stone fruit, honey, and jasmine. The wine is round on the palate with mouthwatering acidity and a lingering minerality on the finish. We continue to choose Washington for Riesling because of its ideal climate. Large diurnal swings are cause for a long hang time, giving the flavors time to mature, preventing sugar levels from getting too high, and helping to retain natural acidity in the fruit. The
